Printz With A Twist offers digital design templates, original artwork, and creative resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Product descriptions identify the included files, formats, and any applicable software requirements.
2. Orders and Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Orders are processed through WooCommerce, and payments are handled securely through Stripe.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, address fraudulent transactions, and cancel orders when reasonably necessary. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.
3. Digital Downloads
After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital products through the download methods described at checkout or in their order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product compatibility and software requirements before purchasing.

4. Product Licenses and Permitted Use
Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product according to the license terms stated in its listing or included documentation.
The Creative Direction Kit includes a Personal & Commercial Use License permitting unlimited personal and commercial client projects, including paid freelance work. Customers may customize the templates and deliver completed documents or exported PDFs to clients. Reselling or redistributing the templates, including modified versions sold as standalone template products, and sharing Canva template access links are prohibited.
Unless a product’s specific license says otherwise, you may:
- Download and edit the purchased templates for your own personal or business projects.
- Use completed designs in presentations, branding proposals, and other finished creative work.
- Present customized finished designs to clients as part of your professional services.
Unless expressly permitted by the product’s license, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files.
- Upload the templates to another marketplace or digital download platform for resale.
- Claim authorship or exclusive ownership of the original template designs.
- Offer the original templates, or minimally modified versions, as competing editable template products.
- Transfer your purchased license to another person or business.
Any additional restrictions or permissions stated in an individual product’s license will apply to that product.
5. Intellectual Property
Original designs, artwork, product materials, branding, and website content created by Printz With A Twist remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying original design.
Third-party fonts, images, software, and other assets may be subject to separate license terms.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Some products are designed for use with third-party services, including Canva.
Customers are responsible for maintaining any accounts or software required to use their purchases.
Third-party platforms may change their features, pricing, availability, or terms independently of Printz With A Twist.
Our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms unless expressly stated.
7. Refunds and Returns
Digital products are generally final sale after electronic delivery, subject to applicable law and our Refund and Returns Policy.
If a purchased file is inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with our published Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use purchased products in violation of applicable laws or licensing restrictions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your finished designs and client deliverables comply with any relevant third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Product Updates and Availability
We may update, improve, or discontinue products over time.
We do not guarantee that every product will remain available for future purchase indefinitely.
Any download limitations or access periods will be described in the product listing or purchase information.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and functional digital files.
However, we do not guarantee specific business results, design outcomes, or uninterrupted availability of third-party software.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Printz With A Twist is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
